Practice   Meet   School


The goal with the Track & Cross Country programs is to teach students how to embrace an active lifestyle and be better athletes.  We believe that including physical activity in a world of video games and computers is very important to the health and well being of children today. We encourage all levels of athletic ability to participate in the programs.

Each discipline has a different training requirement which is why practices are normally scheduled for 1.5 hours, 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm for our High School team.  Some athletes may be done earlier than 6:00 pm and we will do our best to make sure everyone is done by 6:00 pm. Please be on time to pick your student-athlete up from school.
